For NOS (new old stock) I price
      at 50% or more of current market price. If the item is no longer
      avail. on the open market then the price could be full list or
      on rare occasions more than original value.

      
Also pricing for NOS or used
      items may vary due to the amount of difficulty and time associated
      with acquisition and shipping. If the effort involved in handling
      an item is more than the value then a price increase is necessary
      to make it worth my time.

      a service to you by making an item available and there is much

If you want a price quote to
      use as bargaining leverage with another Seller then DO NOT WASTE MY TIME please! There is time, effort &
      logistics involved in dealing with merchandise. It is a waste
      to check stock, calculate shipping costs, write emails for someone
      who does not have any intention of purchasing from me, who is
      only using me as a price check for some other transaction. I
      do not like being used, do you?

      individual for the purpose of selling personal property no longer
      needed. This is a hobby and
      the type of service expected from a full time business is not
      available, but the service provided is reasonable & honest,
      just at a lesser volume than a professional business. The time
      devoted to this website is not consistent, so the website is not always accurate.

      people, if so their info will appear in the description. I am
      not responsible for any negotiations or actions involving transactions
      with other peoples' items listed on this site, just my own.

Selling in "AS IS"
      condition with no warranty, no refund and no return privileges.
      Pay by personal check, money order, cashiers check, waiting period
      applies for checks to clear.

      
You can use Paypal with the
      conditon that a convenience fee of 3% will be added to the total
      price (the total price will include shipping costs) and it must
      be an "Instant
      Payment" type, NO Credit
      Card Sales thru Paypal! I do not accept chargebacks so I do not
      accept credit cards. If you have questions about Paypal ask them,
      please, they have the answers for you.

      
Shipping & Delivery

      
If shipping or delivery is needed
      the costs are paid by the buyer normally, for some items the
      cost of shipping will be waived depending on the circumstances.
      Packing materials must also be paid for and are charged as close
      to cost as is reasonable.
      If extensive packing or palleting is required there may be an
      additional labor charge for this service.

      
The buyer may request delivery
      to a shipping & packing company in the Houston Texas area,
      a charge may be required depending on the logistics and location
      of the company. Personal delivery may be possible in the Houston
      area and sometimes the Austin area(depending on the logistics
      involved), by arrangement.
